Day 251 – Red Book
Hi Men:
I pray you all had a productive week “in” the Lord. When I think of how serious God is about His commandments, I can just about pick any book of the Bible and have a real wake-up call when He speaks. Take Psalm 50:22 for example:
“Now consider this, you who forget God, Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be none to deliver.”
- Now consider this: You better take it to heart and let it sink in deeply!
- You who forget God: Do NOT careless of His true character!
- Or I will tear you in pieces: Yikes! Picture a lion or grizzly bear ripping you apart, with blood, bone and chunks of skin everywhere!
- And there will be none to deliver: No Savior, No Refuge, No Hope!
Just that one verse terrifies me………..and that is one very accurate of God. So as it states below in Day 251 in Philippians 2:12, “…………….work out your salvation with fear and trembling.” God is no joke. It’s time to get real. Eternity is right around the corner…….. a few to eternal life, but many to eternal death. Take the narrow road men!
Second Saturdays: CHANGE OF LOCATION – Lyle Brennan’s home (see attached PDF). This is what Lyle said:
“Along with the regular activities, we will have our jacuzzi fired up and swimming for those so inclined. Also, we will be adding some good finger food to our beverages menu.” EVENT LOCATION: 1549 Foothills Village Drive, Henderson, NV, 89012. (See map for Parking attached … it’s just a few doors away from my home.)
