Hi Men: I pray you are all well and in God’s will. As you can tell from the quote above, I have been thinking about prosperity. We would be lying to ourselves if we didn’t desire it at some level………… but how quickly it can own us.
I’m reminded of what Jesus said in John 8:34, “Truly, truly I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.” When we slip over that invisible line and our mammon is more prevalent than our Master, we sin. So back to what Jesus declared, we are fooling ourselves if we think we control our money, “it controls us.” Read the verse from C.S. Lewis:

“For who makes you so superior? What do you have that you did not receive?
And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?” (1 Cor 4:7)
Guys, please spend some protracted time meditating on the above verse. Never forget: Money is “RADIOACTIVE”
